Rates are subject to change during festive and peak travel periods such as Onam, Pooja, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year. - Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance or full payment as per the property’s policy. Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, or online gateways. - Cancellations & Refunds
Policies vary by property. Refunds, if applicable, follow the specific resort’s or homestay cancellation terms. No refund for no-shows or early checkouts. - Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in is 02:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late requests depend on availability and may incur extra charges. - Liability
